As an independent cook, you make sure the kitchen runs smoothly. You work with clear recipes and photos. Much of the prep work is already done, so you can focus on quality and speed.

On quieter days, you work independently. During busy shifts, you work together with colleagues and a dishwasher. You stay organized and keep everything under control.

Your tasks:

• You prepare and finish dishes based on recipes
• You work with pre-prepared ingredients and ensure consistent quality
• You keep your workspace clean and organized
• You maintain pace and overview during busy moments
• You prepare staff meals with room for your own creativity
• You assist with mise en place and preparation
• You think along about improving the kitchen

You get a stable workplace with clear agreements and a supportive team.

• Salary between €2,370 and €2,855 gross per month
  (based on full-time and depending on experience)
• You share in the tips (kitchen and service together)

You work in Amsterdam Oud-West, on the Bilderdijkstraat.
Shifts take place between 09:30 and 23:00.
You work day and evening shifts.
You are available at least 2 days per week.
Weekend availability is important.
