You work on the floor. But you want more responsibility. At Putaine, you work as an Assistant Floor Manager in a restaurant where pace, control and guest experience come together. You work four days a week at a high level and take responsibility during service.

As an Assistant Floor Manager, you work on the floor and keep overview during service.

  • You support the team and make sure everything keeps moving.
  • You control the pace and make sure service runs from start to finish.
  • You switch between guests, kitchen and team during service.
  • You work on both an à la carte menu and a chef’s menu.
  • You keep overview and adjust where needed.
  • You make sure, together with the team, that the guest experience stays consistent.

  • You have experience in hospitality, for example in a restaurant where pace and structure matter.
  • You keep overview during busy service and switch quickly.
  • You communicate clearly and work well with the team.
  • You have an eye for detail and guest experience.
  • You want to improve and take responsibility on the floor.

Over het bedrijf

Putaine is not your standard fine dining restaurant. This is a place built on focus, sharp execution and working together at a high level. The kitchen is modern and technical, and everything has to be right. From preparation to presentation and service.

You work in a team that takes the craft seriously. The standard is high and you feel it in the pace, communication and how the team works together. During service, there is speed, but also control. Everyone knows their role and works together to deliver the best possible result. 

The team is international and English is the language.

The service is directly connected to the kitchen. You work on both an à la carte menu and a chef’s menu, which requires overview and the ability to switch between different paces. During service, you stay in control, adjust where needed and make sure everything keeps running. Guest experience, timing and teamwork come together here.
