You work in service. But you want to do it better. At Putaine, you work in a place where pace, control and guest experience come together. You work 2 to 3 days a week at a high level and deliver service that is consistent.

Over de functie

As a member of the service team, you work on the floor during service and make sure everything keeps moving.

  • You work on both an à la carte menu and a chef’s menu. Different pace, same standard.
  • You have direct contact with guests and make sure service is right from start to finish.
  • You switch with the kitchen and the team during service.
  • You stay sharp during service and make sure everything is right for the guest.
  • You work in a structured way and make sure every detail is right.

You work in a restaurant where service and level come together.

  • You have experience in hospitality, preferably in a place where pace and structure matter.
  • You stay sharp during busy service and switch quickly.
  • You communicate clearly and work well with the team.
  • You have an eye for detail and guest experience.
  • You are motivated and used to working hard.

You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to deliver.

Over het bedrijf

Putaine is not your standard fine dining restaurant. This is a place built on focus, sharp execution and working together at a high level. The kitchen is modern and technical, and everything has to be right. From preparation to presentation and service.

You work in a team that takes the craft seriously. The standard is high and you feel it in the pace, communication and how the team works together. During service, there is speed, but also control. Everyone knows their role and works together to deliver the best possible result. 

The team is international and English is the language.

The service is directly connected to the kitchen. You work on both an à la carte menu and a chef’s menu, which requires pace and the ability to switch during service. You have direct contact with guests and make sure everything is right, from first contact to the final course. During service, you work with the team to maintain the pace and keep quality consistent.
